Why doesn't the Players League / Puzzle Tier naming scheme use "Gold"?
The Players League / Puzzle tiers currently go:
Wood -> Stone -> Bronze -> Silver -> Crystal -> Elite -> Champion -> Legend
Why not have gold and get rid of either stone or legend?
I just found it kind of strange and was wondering if we know if there's a particular reason the naming scheme is like this.
Maybe because of the psychological effect of being "crystal" instead of "gold", making you feel better. But then I would think having stone instead of bronze would cancel that out.
Or maybe it's because they don't want any confusion with the Gold membership?
Does anyone else think the same? What would you want to change?
Probably to make sure there's no confusion between that and Gold premium memberships.
