Why everyone says that chess come from India !?

It's because Indiana Jones discovered the pieces buried under some rocks.

Yeah only from 5th century AD and what about before? Exactly! It could be from Russia or America or China or ... or exactly no one knows so just because in the 5th century AD it has something to do with India it does not mean it came from India or originated there

Theirs no facts that chess came from India or was originated there, so in that case I say it came from Russia and not India. Why not? I'm just guessing the exact same way you do as its impossible to track it's origins

If you ask me the same question, where chess come from? I will answer you , that no one knows. Clear , truthful answer. And earliest country that played chess or changed the rules or whatever, was India, but that's another story.

This article says that it originated from India. From my understanding you're saying that "probably" or "most likely" does not mean it originated from India for sure. That's the case for history in general. Historians trace the earliest predecessors of the game and assume it from there. So what's bothering me is that you can say that you don't know for sure where anything originated from. Such as noodles, it's traced back to being consumed in China, but you don't know right? Even though it's traced back to China it could be anywhere in the world right? So it doesn't make sense to call it a Chinese dish? What I'm saying is that India is where historians have traced the origins of chess to, if you don't want to believe that then let people believe what they want. There are still people who believe that the earth is flat today, but I'm not going to argue with them or let it bother me lol.

tl;dr: article says that history of chess can be traced back to India. If you don't believe it just because you can't "know for sure" (just like everything in this world) then don't hate other people for their beliefs.

Yes but what do you have to say about the article? Why do they call it a Chinese dish? Where other sources say they are possibly from the Middle East and other Asian countries. How can you say it's just a Chinese dish???

Simply because we live in a big lie surrounding us and to avoid people asking to many questions and going all crazy , demanding the answers and creating a K.o. So government created a big fat lie to everyone and say staff that will calm us down, that way it will be easier to control the crowd.

I won't be surprised if we know exact origins of chess, noodles and even our evolution, but we don't know this information, Why it's hidden from us it's a great question that I can't answer.

Unfortunately we just are pawns and our galaxy is a chess board. Go figure. ..
