Probably when I misclicked sometimes when I had "drag or click" enabled by default, seriously why is that a thing?
The time I got annoyed the most was that I got accused of cheating when I blundered my queen. Like, are they not using their brain?

You don't really need professional help unless you destroy your desk all the time or harm someone, You probably can meditate or something to get rid of it, Help yourself, You do not have to buy anger management therapy or talk to a professional in that case, There are affordable ways to decrease your Rage or Anger or whatever if you want something a more cheaper.
