why is the explorer on chess.com with my games so wrong

Hi I wanted to look at the Explorer with my games and it was completely wrong. Why, I just wanted to see how I play against specific Openings.

Hmm. Perhaps you could state more clearly what it is getting wrong.

Their are many games missing

Currently, the Explorer does not index Live Chess games shorter than 5 | 0, Chess960 games, or any games of fewer than four moves in length.

You are probably going to notice that there is a dropdown that allows you to look at games by time control category. It actually seems to be picking up many of your bullet games.

/ I don't know why it is picking up some but not all.

/ I wrote in to support to ask them to take a look at it. I will let you know if I hear anything.

There's a know bug with Explorer not having all games and I know developers have tickets in about it.
