I do think people often use the same "men are better at chess" to mean different things. Some might use it to say if there is a man and a woman the man is more likely to be the better player. Other people simply mean there are more men at the top or are capable of being at the top (in other words they are referring to a small sample of men rather than men in general, contrary to the sentence).
I am smart enough to know people don't always mean what they say, but not smart enough to mind read. I think there are a lot of people that say that sentence and don't realize what they are actually saying.
What I'm saying is you cant use the argument that becuase some girls had higher GPA than me means they are the same level as men as a whole.

well Adolf Hitler literally turned a poverty country in ruins after WW1 to almost dominating the whole world if it wasnt for the United States help. Of course his motives were not great, but that is very admirable in a military standpoint.

Adolf Hitler was very unremarkable as any one intelligent,He was an under achiever at art school..Then only attained corpral during the first world war...He got no where near world domination,only Europe...The british government of the time either delayed or cancelled assaination attempts because he blundered regular battle tactics..He didnt recover Germanies economy,his ministers did. All he was good at was talking a good talk.
