Why my global ranking jumped suddenly ?

My blitz rating is around 1950 which used to put me around 70k- 80k in global ranking ( 99.3-99.4 percentile. But suddenly I am around 25k global ( 99.7 percentile). Why this happened ? Anybody else seeing this?

Everyone is talking about this. Something is wrong because Magnus Carlsen and Hikaru Nakamura is not on the leaderboards.
