because they're too busy glued to their phones on twitter, Facebook and other social media. i don't have any social media apart from chess.com if you count that as social media.
why there is guys who played over 6000 matches and still in 1200 > 1300

then it's probably 2Q1C's reason because you play a lot of 3 minute blitz.
they played blitz, do you have any names, so we could help out more precisely with analyzing their behavior.

Everybody has a different innate level of ability at chess, when they start playing they will achieve this rating reasonably quickly... to get to that rating won't be difficult for them... to get beyond it requires effort, and the further a player wants to go the more and more they have to put into it.
