Most guys are afraid of a smart and successful woman.

Why?

Not really..

    mmm - some guys are afraid of smart and successful women

          because they usually do not have the control they need to be secure but-

          every time I have heard that line...   it is right after a

                  smart and successful woman was dumped.

     why do smart and successful women sometimes feel that guys

          are afraid of them?

we like the dumb trashy ones

it's hard enough to get them to stop talking when they don't know what they're talking about. -jk

    I will tell you what I AM afraid of,  a dumb anything with an opinion.

That's a symptom of our degenerating oppressive patriarchal society. The vile, dirty males who, in an ideal world, should not exist, oppressed womyn for centuries, but they are weak inside, and can't be a competition to a strong, sucessful woman. That's why they are afraid - they realize that their days on that planet are numbered, that the womyn will find a way to reproduce without them...        

I'm vile, dirty, and absolutely sold on being a house husband! more time to play chess and work on teaching myself analytic number theory.

I WISH I had a smart and successful woman around to cover for my ass when I foul up. 

"Honey!  The house in on fire!  What do we do!?"

"Oh, that was successful.  Gee, you're smart.  Let's pork."

yeah, if there's any sugar-mommas out there that want to take care of the bills while I take care of the house and children, let me know, i'll sign up for that. It's better to keep the embarrasing man-monkey brain under wraps and away from the public. What if I scratched my bum or something in the market, what would the neighbors say. Better I stay home, away from civilized society.

I like all girls that are fit and have a good figure, just like yours!, and the smarter the better.

Why do smart and successful woman only date men that are afraid of them?

As a hiring manager in my industry I WISH there were more smart and successful women available.

Seriously, if I were to get one resume from a nearly qualified female they would pay to train the person so we could hire her.

I am not kidding  for a moment on that.

All that said, I would welcome for more smart and successful women into my life personally and professionally.

Why do smart and successful women use stereotypes such as this?  Their sample size of scared males can't possibly be large enough to make a generalization like this.

I haven't found that to be true, except for the neanderthal type who never had a chance in life.  Alcoholics and the like.  The others might straightened up and be on the toes, but that's a good thing!
