Will black LOSE or DRAW ?

Draw, but I won't post the solution, not to spoil the puzzle for the rest of users.
BTW, an excellent choice of puzzle, IMHO.

I think black with h8=q can win, assuming bishop v queen is a win for queen.
The black pawns are on the second rank, not the seventh.
if i were to play black it would be a loss. if i were to play white, it may be a draw or a black victory.
however, i think it should be a draw.
everyone is saying draw no one is posting anything... (myself included) we need some diagrams up in this.
Can't Black just simply push the f pawn? The White king cannot stop it, so White needs to use his bishop, and then the h pawn falls.

no no no.. this is a lose for black. firesail is right i think. sooner or later black is going to lose both his pawns in zugzwang and wont be able to get the white one because its protected by the bishop. then pawny goes all the way home because the corner square is the same colour as the bishop and can queen :)

Ah, I didn't think about the white pawn guarding the g3 square from the king - so it can't walk the pawn to the queening square with any ease. Hmm, I don't know, my endgames are awful. I'd like to know the answer

Draw. Just make the first three obvious moves and the solution will present itself -- it is quite forced; if you don't give away one of the pawns, you cannot lose.
Complete solution on my blog, in the form of a puzzle (as played by me as black against an engine equipped with endgame tablebases).
Very cool puzzle. Thanks, ChessNetwork!

Looking at it for 10 seconds... black should lose... but as I scroll down to post everyone is saying draw so now I'm not sure of myself lol.
But seriously, the f pawn is blockaded on f2 and the h pawn obviously blockaded by white's pawn. After that white has all the tempo he needs to eat some pawns and win right??
