Will Hikary won candidates tournament and maybe be the World Chess Champion

No. It's a bit ridiculous to think anybody but The Magster is world champion. Everybody knows Magnus is the real champion. Much like when Garry Kasparov wasn't recognized as world champion by FIDE & Anatoly Karpov was during that whole ridiculous debacle, everybody knew Garry Kasparov was the real champion even though Karpov was being called the champion..
I think yes he will. Then for the next candidates Hikaru will call out Carlsen to compete for it and there's a high chance Carlsen will refuse to play.
Carlsen barely scraped a win over Hikaru 13.5-12.5 in their recent blitz match last September. He also doesn't play as well online such as in titled tuesday and getting the best blitz rating on the site. You could say he doesn't care about that, but that's an excuse. This suggests Hikaru is neck and neck with Carlsen, at least at blitz. Even for classical he went most of 2023 having a better performance rating than Carlsen.
As Nakamura appears to be a late bloomer while Carlsen appears to be falling off in performance I reckon there's a high chance Nakamura will actually overtake Carlsen in Elo, it's like a race against time for Nakamura to do it before Gukesh and these other young players start to overtake them both. However there's a huge chance Carlsen would retire from chess before allowing Nakamura to overttake him, actually that's probably the most likely scenario, he would never allow Nakamura to overttake him and be number 1. There's a long line of chess players who've retired at #1 and I reckon that's definitely what Carlsen will do.

"World champion" is not something that is awarded to a mythical "best player" by the public. No. There are rules of how to get it.
Magnus gave up the title by his own free will. He wasn't robbed or anything like that. It was his decision.
If you think that Magnus is the world champion, you are lying to yourself.

The big difference between Kasparov and Carlsen is that Kasparov did not refuse to defend his title. He did play the match against Short (and then against Anand and Kramnik), they just went with another organizer.
Carlsen, on the other hand, simply refused to defend his title altogether. Best player or not, he is no longer the classical WC, he forfeited it (quite a jerk move, by the way, if you ask me).
