Uh...what?  Does that mean that drawing with a stalemate trap is cheating?  Come on now!

Did you just have an opponent accuse you of cheating when u won on time?

No, I've just seen a few threads like this and they're all ridiculous to me.

The clock is there for a reason.  If you aren't good at time management you should work on it.  It's why a blitz is not good for the improvement.

Winning on time is not cheating. However, I wish there was some sort of enforced rule here for being able to claim a draw based on "insufficient losing chances", especially since there is a lag online versus OTB and it takes signifantly longer online than OTB to get move in and stop the clock.

I recently had it out with another play a week or so ago. We got down to only K+Q v K+Q, a clear draw, but I only had 10 seconds left to his 1:15 and I did not know what the "premove" option was at the time. My opponent then taunted me about how I don't know how to play fast enough and blah blah blah. It's a draw. Just my opinion.

I'm tempted to say that the system should impliment something to make dead draw material an auto draw.  However, then this would end up in cheap exploits:
