To me it's the Knight or Rook
i love knightsthey can maneuver where no other piece can and can do special moves. however i have learned to like all pieces, the rooks are the last pieces to use cause in the endgame they are very useful. but i love knights... and pawns they are good for beginning game "clear the board" pieces.
