won game but rating didn't change

I think I selected "unrated" at one time or another, but I can't find how to set it back.

What am I missing?

I have it selected where someone can play an unrated game against me, I wonder if that's what I was playing. Is there any way to see if you are playing a rated game or not?

It won't stop me from playing someone, I just like to know.

If you selected it, it would just be for one game.

That is a different subject. Yes, many people have bad connections and don't know it until they have lost. The answer is to get a good connection.

I think what happened is I have selected an option to play unrated games with others, so it was their option that the game be unrated.
