Won on time in a tournament but no points, why?

I am playing here a Daily tournament, and my opponent forgot to move (although he is playing the other games!?).

Weird enough, I didn’t win points after the game. Is this a known reason for this? Perhaps we have to play a minimum of moves, or something else?

I think both players have to make a minimum number of moves. I had the same thing in a 1 day tournament. I presume you entered the same one?
