No. But if you get good enough Satan will worship you. The best way to get good at chess is to sacrifice a virgin to Huiztilpochtli and Tezcatlipoca. You can either throw her into a volcano or carve out her heart with a sharp knife.

I tried this back in the 80s and it didn't work. I got my best results after I started worshipping Xipe Totec, but the FBI shut us down because human sacrifice is "illegal" or some such nonsense.
