No one has to accept a draw just to make life easier for the one offering it. Like other have said, it is a chess pal and and the draw offers go both ways then why not. I played a guy a few games once and in the first two I was in a winning position as he offered draws, which out of some guilt ridden need to be nice I accepted. Well, in game three we was winning and I sent a draw offer which he refused twice. I resigned and modified my draw acceptance conditions after that. I also never played him again And moved on.
