the worst of all, that offer stood still till the end of opponents time.. kind of stalling.. forcing me to accept if i didnt wanna wait.

I had similar cases where i was clearly ahead and they offered a draw. Sometimes i do accept, i just feel bad for them as they probably don't want to lose rating. I stopped caring about rating points so much which is why i dont really care about it
Nah. I only take draws when I feel like the position is dead equal, or when I feel like I’m worse.
I also feel like it’s weird, etiquette-wise, to be in an obviously worse position but offer a draw. I mean, unless it’s not obvious that you’re worse and you’re trying to trick your opponent, this just seems odd to me.

I wonder who would offer that kind of draw, and what's the feeling behind it? desperation? you really need not to lose? your life depends on it?
