I wonder if that opening actually works for white sometimes. Nice queen trap and not bad for a 2/0 game!
BG, I really think you are becoming a speed freak. I love blitz, but two minutes is a little too much for me. BTW, at the risk of being picky over a speed game, isn't 24...Qe2 mate? You could have saved some time.

I just now played a 3/0 game. My opponent was somewhat higher rated, but really messed up rather soon into the game - which, of course says nothing about my play, but does show how easy it is to go astray when the thinking time is contracted.
Black resigned.
Ne7 seems pretty silly - nh6 looks better.
Shredder puts black up 0.8 pawns after 7...Bg3

Yeah, almost anything was better than 7...Ne7.
If Black is only up .8 pawns with a 3 pawn advantage, then I prefer White, at least in blitz.
shredder played it out to a draw!
LOL. For the record Shr gives you a slight edge if you play 5.Kf1
I'm only putting this game here because it's one of the few 2/0 games I've ever played. I won on time with 11 secs. left on my clock.
