Well, realistically if you want to learn at all at your level, a chess book (many of which can be found being discussed around the forum) picked up at your local library might be the best idea.
Otherwise, I understand your concern. Chess.com for non-paying members has limited options. At the risk of being warned by staff and having this comment deleted below is a link that should help as it provides other links to various areas around the web (and Wikipedia -shudder- But should be fine for this).

Chessmaster, if you can afford the earlier editions, has IM Joshua Waitzkin's annotated games which are a fantastic tool for everyone up to around 1800 at a guess. Alternatively you can search for WiichessVids on Youtube and come up with a good assortment of his videos, though certainly not all of them are on there. Of course with the right keywords you should be able to find all you need on Youtube.
So while I think Chess.com isn't going to provide easy access to it's features for non-paying members anytime soon (they need to make a buck as well) you have so many resources nowadays that you shouldn't be without for quite some time.
I'm 13 years old with a fairly good rating for my age. I was just asking for some opinion on young chess players. Do you think that young chess players should have more learning skills available on chess.com? I mean I just started taking chess seriously since just this year. My rating went from 500 to 1000 In about 3.5 months, I feel maybe there should be some more tools that I can use. It's not like I can afford to pay $15 for a platinum membership, I'm only 13. I do think If more young chess players play this game the popular it will get. I mean who's the one that's going to be teaching people chess 30 years from now? We should give more tools for learning for young chess players.
I understand there is chesskid.com but I like playing games live. So the problem is that there is only about 10 people on live chess so you end up playing the same people over and over again, which is no fun.
