As white, I play the Scotch Goering Gambit (double pawn sacrifice) a lot in speed games.  It gives excellent attacking possibility for the two pawns.  And it gives black a lot of ways to get into trouble.  When confronted with the Sicilian, I prefer the Alapin or Delayed Alapin, mainly because I've become tired of more popular variations.  As black, I play the Caro-Kann and QGD a lot.  Decent defenses and many players are less familiar with them than the Sicilian, King's Indian, etc.

I play the Bishop's Opening or Vienna Game - both hoping for an early f4 to transpose to a favorable position for White in the King's Gambit Decline where, if I can castle Queen-side, I can Pawn Storm Black's usual King-Side castled position.  If Black's move don't fit that, I'm ok with transposing to the Giuoco Piano.

With Black I play 1...c6 against 1 c4, 1 d4, or 1 e4, hoping to get a Caro-Kann or Slav setup.
