Youtube gives error when trying to watch 2017 London Chess Classic live, anyone else?

This is so weird. I NEVER have any problems watching youtube, EVER. Usually refresh fixes the playback immediately. I have been unable to watch a single London Chess stream yet. I get "An error occured. Please try again later" every single time even after like 100 refreshes. Seems like based on comments people are watching it fine. Is it restricted to US viewers or something?
