50 move draw doesnt work

just played a game where we went on at the end with king and one rook each for around 70 moves without any captures or pawn moves and no draw! he didnt accept draw cuz he had more time so he just wanted to win by prolonging the game with pointless play..

eventually i just got so angry and lost it..

You will see there that you have to claim the draw. The game isn't auto drawn by the server.

The OP said 'he didn't accept draw', which means it must have been offered

i offered it before all the 70 pointless moves, but he refused at that point..
