Hi, I played a puzzle battle today, the score was 11:11 just before the end but the final result turned to my loss with the score 2:11, 9 of my correct answers just disappeared, I cannot understand how this could happen

It is likely you got disconnected. My understanding is the the puzzles preload so that small disconnects won't impact you. However, if your disconnect is too long, you may not get credit for everything.

No, it was 11:11 just before the game ended. I collected already 11 points before the last seconds of the game
