My friend has an account that was closed for violating the registration policy. He doesn't understand the problem and contacted support, but the AI only says they'll contact him within one to three days. Four days have passed, and he still hasn't received a response. He tried emailing, but received an automated reply saying they couldn't answer emails and redirected him back to the AI. He thought that when he purchased a premium membership for developer support, at least a human would be available to resolve his issue. Any suggestions?
He wasn't cheating. He received a warning a month ago for violating the fair play policy and hasn't repeated the offense. He doesn't know why his account was closed now. I think developers
should at least provide a human response. Why wait for days, almost a week, with no reply?
