For some context, my account was closed down due to suspicions from chess.com. I don't know why they were suspicious but I have gotten my account back from the "second chance" email. Everything is back to normal, except all the bots I have defeaten have been reset, and my platinum membership is gone! I am devastated by this. I am one and a half months in to my annual platinum membership and it is suddenly gone after my account being closed and then reopened. My username was Creepzy but it was changed to CreepzyFN after the second chance email. If anyone can help me please let me know in these forums. Thank you for your attention.
