Achievements Not Awarded

Hi,

I've just recently started playing on chess.com after many years, but I noticed that some achievements that I should have gotten have not been awarded. These include "Self-Portrait" and "Go Mobile! (Android)". I've played on this account on an Android device and I am sure that my profile picture has been updated. If I could be given these awards that would be very appreciated.

Do you have a laptop or a computer? If not I am pretty sure the achievements can only be handed out over their. There are some features that are unavailable on mobile phones and tablets. To me, the computer works best.

I am on a computer most of the time. I only play on Android occasionally.

same here - no achievement on android

Same here. I tried everything . Many times on adroid. I played games on adroid. Still no achievement. 

I followed  the 7 steps chess.com recommend for android problems. Still nothing. 
I would like to receive my award as well, please.

You mean one day later?

Or after playing the whole day?

Or after 24 hours ( for example 8 hours a day for 3 days) 

just one day later. I don't know why

More luck than me , I have been playing for a while still not received it. 

I've noticed that i've still haven't gotten "Easy as 1-2-3", killer pawn and etc... Any help???

Those achievements are only gained from playing the Variants on the Play server and not the Variants server.

my friend bigbangliam got an cheer from chess.com for spending a year on chess.com. our account are the same age and i haven't gotten it
