I created my account ≈ a day ago. I changed my email soon after and I didn't receive a activation email ever. Is there way to get one resent? I never got a response from the live support. Am I supposed to have that response in email?

Another thing is my ratings are not updating when I'm playing. The first bullet game I played ended up updating after restarting the mobile app, I did the same multiple times with my most recent game and my rating isn't updating and his rating is saying multiple different things. Is the server really this bad?

If you weren't activated, you wouldn't be able to post. If you opened a ticket, you should have received an automated reply. You might check your spam folders.

I'm seeing that your rating is updating after each game. Stats may have some lag.
