"Add flair" Bug

I already have a flair but when I click on my profile, there is still an "Add flair" button.

And when I click on it, I see a "Remove flair" button which means I already have a flair.

Is this really a bug or a feature? Can someone give me information?

Try clearing your browser cache.

If that does not work, try removing the existing flair and adding it back

Doesn't work.

Also I noticed the "Remove flair" button is still here when I remove my flair, I think this is a feature though.
