AI Coach Review Sound Not Working.

Is this happening for anyone else? I don't see any option to toggle on/off 

Its not working here neither. Its a option in coach section, but must be a bug for yesterday ai coach voice was gone... and still gone today..

Not working for me either. In fact, the audio button in the upper right corner has disappeared???

Same here, no coach voice explanations (Diamond Membership) in Game Review using Chrome mobile accessing Chesscom Web on Android. I hope it's not permanently gone. I liked the feature 😭.

It is tasteless without the coach's voice. I hope this will be improved soon.

Yes, I'm having the same issue. It seems to intermittently turn off and on, but I can't find any setting to fix it. It seems to reoccur every few days for me.

Same here ... I'm not sure about it being an "AI" game review .. but yes, when doing a game review the text to speech of the comments doesn't work.

On a desktop browser using Google Chrome Version 134.0.6998.89 on Windows 11.

For the settings I've got:

• Play Sounds = Enabled
• Sound Theme = Default

Under "All Settings" > I tried switching between these two without success:

• "David"
• "Nadia"
• Voice = Enabled

Other sounds are working - like piece moves and game over sounds

I don't know exactly why but I've noticed this place has a lot of glitches kinda like ebay does...

My understanding is that this should be fixed now if you had the issue

Working again for me too ... I gotta be careful what I wish for, coach is tell me how bad I am again, LOL

This worked for me the day before yesterday then gone

If you're on one of the apps, I think it was temporarily pulled for some updates.
