Analysis board problem

I'm definitely connected to the server, can play blitz and see the green seek dots.
Got it to work with Internet Explorer, yay.
Having some trouble using the Analysis Board on a new computer. Instead of a board popping up called anaylsis board, a board pops up with the title as Game, and then it says undefined. I can't invite anybody to my board either.
