Analysis Not Saving?

I noticed today in my archives that all of my daily games have lost their saved analysis. (Normally, the "accuracy" column contains numbers from my previous analyses, and they're still there on all my non-daily games.) Now the "accuracy" column for all daily games just has the word "analyze". When I click analyze, it re-runs the analysis and gives me a CAPS score, but then when I refresh the archive page, the analysis isn't saved.

Not sure if this is a bug or if Chess.com isn't going to save these analyses anymore?

(For what it's worth, I checked the archives of a few recent opponents and the same thing seems to be happening there.)

Chan, I'm not seeing what you're seeing. (I hope this helps...) In my archive, my saved analysis numbers (CAPS score?) are still there. And when I go to *your* profile, I'm seeing your analysis numbers too.

(Can you see mine? Note that I haven't analyzed a LOT of games, due to having a free account.)

Thanks for checking. It's a weird glitch, I guess. When I went back to check again, the numbers were all there. So I went to your profile, and I'm seeing that all your CAPS numbers are gone (in daily games). So I went back to mine, and mine are gone again. Very strange.

(If it helps anyone troubleshoot, I'm using Chrome but also tested in Firefox -- latest versions of both -- and Windows 10 Home 21H2.)

I'm having the same issue in my mobile browser (Brave), but not in the app (Android).

Certain memberships last very short period of time and that’s a main reason

I appreciate you trying to help. However, I don't understand the question: "Do you have a membership?" Isn't a membership required before posting in this forum? If you meant meant a paid membership, then yes: it says "Diamond" right on my profile.

(Also, my pal who answered above, AndersonConnors, has always had a FREE membership and his analysis percentages are showing up -- as he said. And he can apparently see mine in my archive, but I can't.)

By the way, this issue is ongoing - after more than a week, I still don't see any of the evaluation percentages in my archives (as shown in the screenshot above).

yep I have exactly the same thing, all my saved analysis wiped (you can get it back if you run the deeper analysis the cog in the analysis tab, sometimes) but mainly you can't. I posted about this myself and reported it as bug. But as far as I can see no ones got back to me about it,  whether it can be fixed or not?

potentially looks like a issue with daily games, wouldn't be surprised if they changed something and it's been broke from that point backwards, as newer analysis seems to work, just can't get the older stuff, and all mine was present for 40+ pages of daily, now all gone bar the most recent. maybe a membership level thing too, if your friend can see yours (interested if he can see mine) as we are both the same level of membership. certainly be ironic if the free works without issue and the top membership is broke, in relation to this issue.

To me you and your friends daily analysis isn't showing, bar your most recent game, I ran analysis on your second game and the accuracy wasn't populated after the analysis. it's almost a maybe cheaper membership thing, is it worth paying full whack if things are broke and you don't get feedback on acknowledging the issue and say they are trying to fix.

Thanks for the confirmation. As for me, I *can* see your accuracy numbers - lots of them. I just can't see mine. Very weird.

I've talked to our developers about this issue and it was a known error that the Archives in Play were not updating. 
Our developers have since implemented a fix! I'm really sorry about the trouble!

If you're still experiencing this issue a common fix for many errors is to clear your browser's cache first before logging in to your account. This gets rid of corrupted data, but also allows any fixes the developers have implemented already to be implemented correctly.

Got a message from support about bug report, but it didn't work, Safari (iphone) and Edge (cleared and opened still the same. Chrome never used for Chess dot com, cleared browser anyway, same as all the others. even used work mobile via safari, never used before as all the others. So not sure they have fixed it! I've let them know this, so just wait for any follow on info.

So that's not even consistent as you'd think if you can see my accuracy (I'm assuming you checked daily, as live is unaffected for me. only Daily).  you'd think I'd be able to see yours if you can see mine, but I can't see your accuracy in daily bar the most recent one.

True - it's very inconsistent.

Also true: the support message sent to you was inaccurate. Clearing the cache has no effect on this weird bug.

Seems to be working for me now how about your games @Chan_fry? From my perspective it looks restored from what I could see previously.
