android app draw/abort issue

i was offered a draw by an opponent and in trying to cancel or abort the offer i resigned the game.   i never had to do that before on my phone, after long pressing it the menu finally came up,  i thought since it said abort that it would abort the offer? am i wrong or is this a flaw in the app?

i would also like to finish the game out since i was ovbiously winning, is there any way it can be reset back to where we were?

i think you should be able to offer/accept the draw from the game itself not the game select screen. i cant even look at my game again to see if i want a draw or not, thats not right...

When the game shows in the list, it should show 'draw offered'. When you tap on your opponents username a box appears  Accept - Decline - Game

If you tap on Game, you lose the option boxes to click accept or decline.

From within the game itself, the menu options give you 

Offer / accept draw

resign/abort

But to decline a draw, you should only have to make a move. This auto declines the draw offer.

Abort is if no moves have been made in the game, and you don't want to play, you use abort to cancel the challenge. Tapping on Resign does resign the game.

thats not what it showed me. best my memory recalls, the game list does show draw offered. but just tapping the game does nothing at all, so i long pressed the game it showed the chat,offer (or accept) a draw, resign (or abort)......nothing like what you telling me... i didnt want to accept the draw if it even works, i thought abort might abort the draw, guess not...

theres definately something wrong with it, need to play a few unrated games to sort it all out though.

is it possible that offer/accept the draw brings up a second screen like you talked about?

ohh and im running froyo on a samsung fascinate

If your opponent has offered a draw, and you offer one back, it should draw the game. I just tested that on the wildfire. I can only test froyo on an emulator

well thats half the problem, so we need to be able to decline draw and more importantly see the board, care to offer a nonrated game? guess it wont do much good without a web cam anyway though, trust me something isnt right. guess you can send it to tech and thanks for all the help!!!
