It is very possible that came from malware on your system but you can open a ticket and if it came from the site's ads, staff should be able to help out.

Annoying ads keep appearing during game !!!

Today i was playing a live chess when a super annoying ad with NO exit button on it pop up on my left side of the board partially covering my g file and the WHOLE of my h file.
This ad appear after the game started so i cannot abort but keep playing on. Initially , things were great and i even managed to capture my opponent's queen but soon after the battle switch to my g and h file.
I could neither view the board there nor move the pieces there !! I tried to ask for help in chat but no one answered and i attempted to resize the board but fail to do so ! Refreshing doesnt get rid of the ad too .The only thing i can do is click on the flip board button which allow me to switch side. It was going good till the endgame where i got mixed up on the position because i was viewing from my opponent's perspective and not mine. Eventually i lost on time.
So who is going to compensate for my lost rating points ?? How can i lost a game i obviously could have won ! Chess.com need to address this issue very quickly. Being a poor basic member , i cant afford even a gold membership and i have no qualms about ad appearing on my screen during games. What pisses me off is if this ad block my view or even prevent me from making moves with my chess pieces as seen on today's game.
Plz reply as soon as possible.
