annuler mon renouvellement

Je n'arrive pas à annuler le renouvellement de mon abonnement OR.

On me dit que je dois annuler l'abonnement dans ITUNES, mais il n'y a aucun abonnement Chess.com dans ITUNES ...

Je tourne en rond.

Merci de bien vouloir éscalader ce problème aux bon interlocuteurs.

My understanding is staff can't stop subscriptions purchased through the Apple app store. Only the account that purchased can. Do you have a different Apple ID you used to make the purchase?

Actually, I am 100% sure this is the correct Apple ID.

There is nothing I can find in order to stop the renewal from within Itunes...

I find it very upsetting.

Could chess.com actually do something about it? I don not want to delete my account entirely, because I want to keep my history...
