I've never had a problem sending in a ticket and getting a response. Never. Some people like Jamie Delarosa think they know better than everyone else how to run this site. Obviously, she doesn't.

I do know how to run a site, and run it well. And I understand the concept of "customer service." There are some serious problems with the site right now. Hopefully, they will be worked out.
