Yes it can be restored.
As long as your opponent agrees to it, I can restart that game for you as long as that team match or round in the tournament hasn't already finished

Alright, thank you 
I'll ask my opponent and see if he wants to restart that game. Although I wouldn't blame him if he doesn't want to as it is essentially a free win in the group.

I was playing on the chess.com app on my phone when I resigned a losing game in a different tournament, the app seemed to have not registered my button press so I pressed resign again whilst still on the same game, and now it seems to have resigned me from another game (above) in a completely different tournament as well as resigning the original game.
Is there any way that this can be fixed? I doubt it but it's worth an ask.
