App not updating

My app is not updating moves at the moment so I can't play. Don't know if it's a general problem or just my problem.

Being reported in multiple threads. For now access chess.com via a mobile web browser - Safari or Chrome work fine for the most part. In fact you actually get way more features if you access the site via a mobile browser.

This should only be impacting iOS. Developers are being engaged.

We're on it! Sorry for the trouble guys  Martin is correct, anything but iOS app works. So you can use the browser on your phone in mean time.

Have the problem again today. Is this a regression?

My app - on iPhone is not updating today. Should I delete the app and reinstall or will that lose all my games, data etc.

All that information is stored server side. The only thing you may lose are setting changes made on the app, which are local.
