Audio problem.

I checked sound on all my settings, and have no problems. However when I move my pieces there is no sound. I hate playing without audio. It Informs you that the player has made their move. I don't know if it is my problem or chess.com.

Given the numerous complaints you have made about your inability to connect, etc. recently, I would guess it is your problem. However, I don't use an Ipad. Perhaps the Ipad app still has a lot of problems.

You didn't say this time if this problem occurs on your Ipad, Iphone or your laptop. Which one is giving this problem?

I have audio on everything in my IPad. The problem is only on chess.com. I'm sorry about the numerous complaints, I'm just trying to resolve my problems, so that I can get back to this great chess app. Thanks, Red Winter

U showed my recent contents, now show me the solutions. I think the intermittent problems r on your end. It sounds like you're trying to be more accusatory then hopeful. How would u like it if I showed a list of complaints that have been posted recently by other chess players and said it must be your problem. Red Winter

This forum is a user forum. Almost all of the content and almost all of the help is generated by users. (There is occasional staff presence but it is infrequent.)

I posted your earlier threads just to show that you seemed to be having a lot of problems and to ask where you were experiencing this particular problem.

As I said, I don't have an Ipad, so I can't help with this particular problem. However, there are many other Ipad users on the forum. Perhaps they will now help.

In the future, you might make it easier for people to help by identifying what device you are talking about in the thread title.

Same problem... I have no issues with jack headsets, but when using USB headsets (I've tried three), movement sounds work randomly — it seems pretty sporadic

Yes when i use phone speaker, no headphones, sound works fine. If i use USB C headphones. Sound turns on and off at random i cannot play like that.
