back key lock

whenever I open the chess.com app now I get a..message that flashes briefly "the back lock key is on" so i cant use the back arrow key. i want to know if anyone else has encountered this problem before and if so what worked ( step by step). thanks in advance carl Johnson aka mophysrevenge

Are you using android or iOS? and what version of the app?
