How is this possible and how do you report it?
You were hit by the auto-mod and based on what I can see you should have received an automated warning and when you reposted the same content that got the warning, it muted you in Play for 60 minutes.

When you get an auto-mod warning or mute, it gets logged. I'm not at liberty to share the specifics but if you have a question about it you can open a ticket with support and they may be able to.
