Does the puzzle rating update only recognize recent puzzles as valid options? Because September was before the update, so why would it choose a puzzle from before the update to recognize as my best solved, when I have higher rated solves from previously in the year as well?

All puzzles were re-rated, so that statistic is based on the updated ratings.
