I have been billed twice for my annual subscription. What do I do about it, who do I contact etc etc?
Hello chesstankie. I do see you were billed twice for the auto-renewal of your yearly Gold membership. I have now refunded one of the charges so that you are only charged once for another year of Gold membership.
