Billed Twice, No Plat, No Support

Customer service basically told me that if I want Plat then pay for Plat, despite me detailing my issue and attaching screenshots. I’m sure he’s one of the many new reps they’ve hired recently, but wow did I luck out on their ineptitude to communicate and help.
I just recently received a bill from Apple for Gold AND Plat. $20. I’m still only Gold. It’s been like this for over a week.
I guess I just wanted to rant. I’m sure it’ll be sorted out eventually. I just miss my handy Game Reviews. I’m just *this* close to being “that guy” and posting it to Reddit to hope it gains traction.
