Black screen whenever I try to access live games

Every time I try to play a new game, as soon as the live game starts my screen goes black. The moves are highlighted in red, and I'm able to play moves, but I'm unable to see any of the chess pieces on the board. How can I solve the issue? I'm using Chrome browser and am accessing through the chess.com website, not the app

Staff are aware and looking into the issue but changing the Animation Type in settings to something other than Arcade or Natural should get it working.

I have an issue that whenever I try to click and listen any lessons or see it, my screen goes black even though I have 'FAST' in piece animation. kindly look into the matter pls.

Do you have any plugins or add-ons?
