Blocking players

Does anyone know if there is a way to automatically block a player so they do not accept any open challenges?  One can abort a game but it would be easier if you didn't have to remember who you didn't want to play (such as bad sportsmanship, inappropriate chat etc)

I would think if you just blocked them, they would be unable to accept your open challenges.

Yes, that's right. The help file confirms it:

Blocking someone means that you will not be paired with them in open challenges. They will not be able to send you messages, leave notes on your profile, or chat with you in Live Chess. Basically, they will have no way of contacting you on the site.

You'll have to play them in tournaments though.
