Hi, I bought Diamond for a year using crypto. The support site says to allow up to 48 hours for it to process and such. I waited but I still haven't received it. I also checked the transaction and everything was confirmed and sent. I've already sent emails to support but I haven't received an answer. Do you guys have any idea on what I can do about this?
Give billing support a little time to resolve and reply to your support request.
The site has had a lot of tickets, so it's taking longer than normal, but they will get back with you.
