I tried to block david for his abusiveness. In the meanwhile, he is reported. I do not see any reason why I should be forced to put up with false accusations or abusive staff members who support the false accusers over me. I hope david gets fired.

Fighting with staff and posting all these angry threads isn't going to get you anywhere. Just take a few deep breaths and play some chess - I think that if you stop your war against the staff and anyone who disagrees with you, we can all get along and you won't have to be so angry or upset. Just let bygones be bygones, maybe clear out some of your block list, and take some deep breaths. It's just internet chess, no need to be so mad.

Well apparently it DOES NOT always work!!! I hit the draw button when the threefold repetition was about to occur. END OF DISCUSSION!!!
If you say one more time that I did not hit the draw button either prior to a threefold repetition existing or when a threefold repetition existed I will REPORT YOU FOR ABUSE!!! I am THROUGH dealing with FALSE ACCUSATIONS!!! From you, from staff, etc.!!!

That is very important - the three fold repetition had not yet occurred and therefore you could not claim the draw yet: clicking on the button did not claim the draw but offered the draw to your opponent, which is consistent with previous comments on this.
It is fact that you believe these are "false" "accusations". Other people, such as myself, believe they are reasonable interpretations of what actually occurred, and that you are simply unable to recognise that your memory of events may be flawed.
I am more than happy for my record on this and on other matters to stand against your own accusations. As you have ignored my advice to take a break, I am enforcing a break and giving you a 7 day site wide mute. You will still be able to play chess, but cannot create any user notes, post in any forums, or speak in Live Chess Chat: your existing posts will become invisible to users on V2 but will still be visible to users on V3, which will make some conversations seem quite strange, but they will all return once your mute ends.
Take a breath and calm down: no-one is "out to get you", and you may want to consider why it seems that way to you.

yeres, I am also asking you to let this go now: you have more than adequately made your point multiple times and in multiple threads. It is not a lack of clarity on your part that is the problem here, and repetition is not going to be any more effective at convincing newengland7 without some degree of self reflection on his part.
