Bug: Game stalled, auto resign doesn’t work.

I have a 7 day game where the count down for my opponent has gone down to 8 min but then stalled. So, auto resign therefore not happening. My opponent plays black and hasn’t done a single move.
Thanks, for letting me know. It feels like it was on purpose.
