The delete button when I click on it to delete messages in the inbox area does not delete the messages, the screen blinks as it does when messages are deleted but all the messages are still their in the inbox area.

@Elbert-you can't delete your messages until version 3 of chess.com is out which it will be out in August-ish
You can delete them, but only if you open the message and deleted from the inside.

OMG! There is no delete button to delete my messages. How are you supposed to delete messages with no delete button?
I bet they automatically delete after you open them. If you wanna save them, you'll have to hit "print"
We're very sorry, there were some UI changes required in preparation for v3; messages currently can't be deleted.
What are UI changes?
User Interface, how you interact with the website. v3 is hopefully going to be releases August-ish :)
