Bug preventing new game from starting

Hello everyone,
I am a user who enjoys playing on Chess.com.

About 30 minutes ago, I played two games. In the first game, my opponent resigned, and after that, no new games would start.
I tried rebooting my device and reinstalling the app, but the resignation screen kept showing, and I couldn’t start a new game.
I only see the message, “We couldn’t match you right now. Please try again later,” and nothing progresses.

Then, the second game started suddenly, but it didn’t go smoothly, so I forfeited and gave up on rating.
After that, I tried to start new games again, but the same message keeps appearing, and the games won’t start.

I’m wondering if this issue is happening only to me.
If anyone else has experienced the same problem, I’d appreciate your response!
